Will there be any disruption to my service during my switch (port-in) to CelcomDigi?

Rest assured that there will be no disruption to your current service until the porting process is successful. You will only lose connection with your current service provider upon successful porting-in, after which you can insert your new SIM and continue connecting with family and friends.

Note: We advise you not to terminate your mobile service with your current service provider before switching and to avoid submitting a request to switch close to or during your travel overseas as there might be disruptions to your roaming services.
