Will there be any disruption to my service during my switch (port-in) to CelcomDigi?

Rest assured that there will be no interruption to your current service until the porting process is successfully completed. Your connection with your current service provider will only be affected once the porting-in is successful. After that, you can simply insert your new SIM and continue staying connected with family and friends.


Note: We recommend that you refrain from terminating your mobile service with your current provider before making the switch. Additionally, to avoid any disruptions to your roaming services, it’s best not to submit your switch request close to or during your travels overseas.
