Do I have to terminate my mobile service with my current service provider before switching (porting-in) to CelcomDigi?

Please ensure that you do not terminate your mobile service with your current provider, as your line needs to remain active in order to switch to CelcomDigi.


To proceed, kindly submit your port-in request with your existing mobile number either through the CelcomDigi website or visit the nearest Celcom bluecube or Digi Store.
