Can I switch (port-in) to a CelcomDigi Postpaid plan if I am currently on a prepaid line (or vice versa)?

Yes, you can switch to any plan. Simply select your desired plan during sign-up at either CelcomDigi website or visit the nearest Celcom bluecube/ Digi Store.

Credit Balance Refund
- For postpaid users, you may refer to your previous network provider for any refund of credit balance.
