1. Can I use 5G services while roaming abroad?
If you are eligible to access 5G services in Malaysia, you can also use 5G services abroad, too. Subscribe to any roaming passes and connect to 5G network operators to enjoy 5G when you are travelling with your 5G-compatible devices.
2. What are the 5G network operators that support 5G roaming?
5G roaming service is currently available in more than 50 countries with more countries added soon.
3. Can I use 5G with Celcom/ Digi roaming pass?
Yes, 5G is available in selected countries and networks with Celcom/ Digi roaming pass. The following is the full list of countries and networks that support roaming with 5G:

4. What is VoLTE roaming?
VoLTE roaming call refers to voice roaming calls made over LTE. To use VoLTE while roaming, please ensure to choose our VoLTE preferred network operators with selected VoLTE devices.
5. What are the devices supported?
All latest mobile devices sold via their official manufacturer stores in Malaysia are enabled with VoLTE. Alternatively, check with your phone manufacturer to confirm VoLTE compatibility.
6. What will be the rates if I use VoLTE roaming?
VoLTE calls are charged at prevailing roaming call rates, there is no additional charge for VoLTE.
