Video Walla offers premium video services and allocated data for video streaming to all Celcom subscribers in one pack. You will be given the freedom of choice to stream their preferred movies, TV shows and any videos anytime, anywhere with Malaysia’s widest and fastest mobile network, exclusively for XPAX and Celcom Mobile customers.

Step 4: Press 1 'Confirm'.
4. Is there a limit to the number of Video Walla purchases I can have on my account?
No. You can purchase more than one Video Walla package at any one time.
5. Can I transfer the purchased Video Walla from my current phone to a new mobile phone?
Yes. Video Walla service is attached to your phone number and not your mobile phone.
6. Will I be charged with Service Tax when I purchase VAS and contents?
Prepaid users will not be charged service tax for VAS or content.
For postpaid users, 6% Service Tax will be charged based on the price of VAS or content purchased. You will be able to see the total Service Tax paid for the month in your monthly statement. For direct payment (e.g., via credit card), 6% Service Tax will be displayed upon payment.
7. How is Video Walla quota deducted?
Video Walla quota will only be consumed if you stream via the apps of our Video Walla content partners ONLY.
8. If I share my data via hotspot to stream videos, would my Video Walla quota get deducted?
If you share your data via your mobile hotspot and the person is streaming with Video Walla content partners, yes – it will be deducted from your quota.
9. How do I unsubscribe from Video Walla?
For postpaid customer, the is no auto renewal for Video Walla.
Prepaid customers can unsubscribe via these available channels:
1. Celcom Life App
Step 1: Tap 'View Detail'
Step 2: At Detailed Usage, click the 'UNSUBSCRIBE' Under Video Walla.
2. Via USSD
Step 1: Dial *118#
Step 2: Choose 'Other Add Ons' or 'Pelan Tambahan'
Step 3: Choose 'Video Walla'
Step 4: Select STOP Auto-Renewal (weekly/monthly) & confirm your action
Step 5: An SMS confirmation will be sent upon successful unsubscription.
