For postpaid subscribers, there is no auto-renewal for this add-on. For prepaid customers, you can unsubscribe via these available channels:

Step 1: Tap 'View Detail'

Step 2: Under 'Detailed Usage', click the 'Unsubscribe' button under 'Video Walla' column

Step 3: The 'Unsubscribe' button will disappear.



Step 1: Dial *118#

Step 2: Choose 'Other Add Ons'

Step 3: Choose 'Video Walla'

Step 4: Select 'STOP Auto-Renewal' (weekly/ monthly) and confirm your action
Step 5: An SMS confirmation will be sent upon successful unsubscription.
