Effective from 8 April 2022, all Celcom Postpaid customers may enjoy new Add-Ons from RM5 per bill cycle. You can purchase more than one of following add-ons via Celcom Life app.

1. Social Add-On (TikTok)
If you still have remaining Internet quota in your plan, your Internet plan quota will not be used when you access TikTok at high speed.
When accessing content outside TikTok:
- If the content is within TikTok, your Social Add-On (TikTok) quota will be utilized.
- If the content link directs you outside TikTok:
- If you have Internet quota balance – your Internet plan quota will be used for the content.
- If you don’t have Internet quota balance – your Internet speed will be reduced to 64kbps for browsing.
The Social Add-On (Facebook & Instagram) quota will be utilized, allowing you to use Facebook and Instagram at high speed even if your monthly Internet quota is exhausted.
Accessing links in Facebook & Instagram:
- If the content is within Facebook or Instagram, your Social Add-On (Facebook & Instagram) quota will be used.
- If the content link directs you outside of Facebook & Instagram:
- If you have remaining Internet quota balance – your Internet plan quota will be used for the content.
- If you don’t have Internet quota balance – your Internet speed will be reduced to 64kbps for browsing.
3. Chat Add-On (Telegram & Signal)
When you subscribe to the Chat Add-On (Telegram & Signal), it will utilize the Chat Add-On quota for Telegram and Signal usage. You can enjoy using Telegram and Signal at high speed, even if you've exhausted your monthly Internet quota.
Accessing link in Telegram & Signal:
- If the content is within Telegram or Signal, your Chat Add-On (Telegram & Signal) quota will be utilized.
- If the content link directs you outside of Telegram & Signal.
- If you have remaining Internet quota balance – your Internet plan quota will be used for accessing the content.
- If you don't have Internet quota balance – your Internet speed will be reduced to 64kbps for browsing.
When you subscribe to the Chat Add-On (WhatsApp & WeChat), the Chat Add-On quota will be used. This means you can use WhatsApp and WeChat at high speed, even if you've used up your monthly Internet quota.
Accessing links in WhatsApp & WeChat:
- If the content you are accessing is within WhatsApp or WeChat, your Chat Add-On (WhatsApp & WeChat) quota will be used.
- If the content link takes you outside of WhatsApp and WeChat:
- If you have remaining Internet quota balance – your Internet plan quota will be used for the content.
- If you don't have Internet quota balance – your Internet speed will be reduced to 64kbps for browsing.
5. Meetings Add-On
It will use Meetings Add-On quota and you will enjoy Zoom, Webex, Google Meet, Google Hangouts and Microsoft Teams at high speed even you don’t have any quota left in your monthly Internet quota.
Accessing links in Zoom, Webex, Google Meet, Hangouts & Microsoft Teams:
- If the content is within Zoom, Webex, Google Meet, Hangouts, or Microsoft Teams, your Meetings Add-On quota will be utilized.
- If the content link leads you outside of these platforms:
- If you have remaining Internet quota balance – your Internet plan quota will be used for the content.
- If you don't have Internet quota balance – your Internet speed will be reduced to 64kbps for browsing.
6. Video Add-On (Twitch)
It will use the Video Add-On (Twitch) quota and you will enjoy Twitch at high speed even you don’t have any quota left in your monthly Internet quota.
Accessing the link in Twitch:
- If the content is within Twitch, your Video Add-On (Twitch) quota will be utilized.
- If the content link is outside of Twitch:
- With Internet quota balance – your Internet plan quota will be used.
- Without Internet quota balance – you will surf at a reduced speed of 64kbps.
7. Late Night Internet Add-On
You will enjoy Late Night Internet at high speed from 1AM – 7AM even you don’t have any quota left in your monthly Internet quota.
