1. What is Device Bundle MEGA Postpaid?

Device Bundle MEGA Postpaid is a special plan that offer discounted device price with 12 or 24 months contract on MEGA plans. Register now at the nearest Celcom bluecube or Celcom Certified Partners.

Refer to the table below for Device Bundle offerings:

• All VAS and/or OTT Mobile Content purchases e.g Video Walla, Add On, Content CMT/Games/Apps), IDD, Roaming, Airtime Share etc are not included as the usage commitment policy and are subject to the terms and conditions of respective VAS and/or OTT Mobile Content.
• The Unlimited Calls apply to all networks and for domestic usage only (i.e within Malaysia networks) excluding video calls, calls to toll free numbers or numbers with special charges (i.e 1-300/ 1-800/600, 121, TM100, 1MOCC, IDD, calls to Singapore & IDD /border calls to Brunei).

Note: Customers are required to port-in to Celcom successfully prior to any release of any device

Yes, you can register up to 2 devices on Device Bundle Contract:

5. Can foreigner subscribe to Device Bundle MEGA Postpaid?

Yes, foreigners can subscribe to Device Bundle MEGA Postpaid with a deposit payment of RM500 on top of the required upfront payment.

6. How much upfront payment for the Device Bundle MEGA Postpaid?
Upfront payment for the Device Bundle Program varies subject to plan and device.

7. Am I entitled for upfront payment waiver?

The total amount waived will be based on CTOS score.

8. Will the upfront payment be refunded?
No, however the upfront payment will be credited back to your bill in a period of 10 months. In the event of an early termination, any remaining balance from upfront payment shall be forfeited.
