FAQ: 5G Power 45 (3 Months) and 5G Power 45 (12 Months)

1. Who is eligible to subscribe to 5G Power 45 (3 Months) and 5G Power 45 (12 Months)?

5G Power 45 (3 Months) and 5G Power 45 (12 Months) are long validity passes that are available to customers on Prepaid CelcomDigi 5G Biru and Kuning plans. 

2. How can I subscribe to 5G Power 45 (3 Months) and 5G Power 45 (12 Months)? 

You may subscribe via:

• Dialling *118# via UMB
• CelcomDigi App 
• Visit any authorized Celcom or Digi store.

4. Upon subscription, when does the pass expire?

• 5G Power 45 (3 Months): The pass expires at 23:59:59 on the 90th day from the subscription date.
• 5G Power 45 (12 Months): The pass expires at 23:59:59 on the 360th day from the subscription date.

Any unused benefits will be forfeited upon expiry.

5. Is auto renewal available for these passes?

Yes, these passes will be automatically renewed upon expiry. To ensure a successful renewal, please make sure you have sufficient credit balance in your account before the pass expires.

6. How does the monthly 250GB Internet FUP work?

The offer comes with Unlimited Internet, subject to a monthly Fair Usage Policy (FUP) of 250GB.

The 250GB FUP allowance renews every 30 days from the subscription date throughout the validity period of the offer.

7. When will my 250GB Internet FUP be renewed?

The 250GB Internet FUP is refreshed every 30 days from the subscription date. For example, if you subscribe on 15 July:

• First cycle: 15 July – 13 August
• Second cycle: 14 August – 12 September
• Third cycle: 13 September – 11 October

The renewal cycle continues until the offer expires.

8. If I do not fully utilise the 250GB FUP within the 30-day cycle, will the unused balance be carried forward?

No.  Any unused portion of the monthly 250GB FUP will not be carried forward to the next cycle. The balance will be forfeited and a new 250GB allocation will be provided upon renewal.

9. Can I accumulate unused monthly Internet FUP across multiple cycles?

No. Unused Internet FUP from previous cycles cannot be accumulated or rolled over.

10. Am I able to do tethering/hotspot to another device(s) or desktop?  

Yes. Tethering/Hotspot usage is allowed and will be deducted from the available internet quota under the internet passes.
