Product Disclosure Sheet: CelcomDigi Postpaid Freedom Add-Ons & Mega Add-Ons

1. Product Details and Eligibility

Important Note: Internet quota will be refreshed at the beginning of every billing cycle. Unused internet quota will be forfeited.

 Important Note:

• Price indicated above are excluding tax of 6%. RRP = Recommended Retail Price.
• CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 100, 120 and 140 2026 are not eligible to sign up for Viu Premium Mega Add-Ons. Viu Premium is already included in the plan benefits. 
• CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 160 and 190 2026 are not eligible to sign up for Prime Video Mega Add-Ons. Prime Video is already included in the plan benefits.
• CelcomDigi One Pro and One Ultra 2026 plans are not eligible to sign up for Disney+ Mega Add-Ons. Disney+ is already included in the plan benefits.

2. Signing Up

Each eligible postpaid line can subscribe to one (1) Freedom Add-Ons or Mega Add-Ons at a time.

You can sign up for Freedom Add-Ons or Mega Add-Ons via our CelcomDigi app or CelcomDigi Stores.

Important Note: If you’re on an older Digi or Celcom Postpaid plan, you’ll need to upgrade to a new CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G plan before you can subscribe to Freedom Add-Ons or Mega Add-Ons.

3. Fees and Payment

Freedom Add-Ons

Each Freedom Add-Ons is completely free of charge, and you will therefore only be required to pay your monthly postpaid plan fee.

Mega Add-Ons

Each Mega Add-Ons comes with its own value and price. The price indicated is the amount you will need to pay on top of your monthly postpaid plan fee. 

Upon subscription, your preferred Freedom Add-Ons or Mega Add-Ons will automatically renew every month throughout your 12-month contract period.

4. Termination

Freedom Add-Ons

• You will be charged a termination fee if you terminate or downgrade your postpaid plan within the first 2 months of your contract period.
• You will be charged a termination fee of RM30 for a 12-month contract if you terminate your contract or downgrade your postpaid plan within the first 2 months of your contract period.
• If you upgrade to a higher rate plan, you can carry forward your contract without incurring any termination fees.
• However, you must pay the termination fees if you want to cancel and replace your current contract with a new contract regardless of whether you upgrade, downgrade or maintain the same rate plan within the first 2 months.

Mega Add-Ons

• If you terminate or downgrade your postpaid plan before the 12-month contract period is over, an early termination fee will apply.
• Even if you keep your current postpaid plan but choose to cancel the Mega Add-Ons before the 12-month contract ends, the early termination fee still applies.
• The Mega Add-Ons early termination fee is calculated as follows:

• Mega Add-Ons for Entertainment and Security: 

Recommended Retail Price (RRP) (as displayed in Table 2) x Remaining months in your contract.

• Mega Add-Ons for Roaming:

Monthly Price for Mega Add-Ons Roaming x Remaining months in your contract.

5. Data Utilization Precedence

Your mobile internet will be utilized in the following order, depending on which Internet quotas you have available at the time: 

1. Data from any promotional freebies 
2. Data from Internet add-ons (one-time purchase)  
3. Data from Hotspot add-ons
4. Data from Internet add-ons with contract (monthly recurring)  
5. Data from Internet sharing 
6. Data from your base plan quota

This ensures your data is always used in the most efficient order, starting with the temporary or bonus data before your main plan quota.
