1. When can customers start the pre-order?
Customers may start the pre-order from 9th January 2025 at 3:00 p.m. until 16th January 2025 at 11:59 p.m. via CelcomDigi website, while stocks last.

2. What is the benefit when customers sign up during the pre-order?

Customers will enjoy the Honor Freebies Kit (while stocks last). The kit includes:

3. Who is eligible to pre-order? 

• All customers with new registrations (including port-ins and prepaid-to-postpaid conversions).
• Existing customers without any device contract and no call bar.

4. Can a customer with an existing contract opt for this plan?
No, a customer with an existing contract is not eligible for this plan.

5. Is the device guaranteed if the customer places a pre-order?
Yes, the device is guaranteed. Full payment is required at the time of placing the pre-order, according to the package price.

6. How to pre-order?

• Step 1: Log on to the CelcomDigi website: https://www.celcomdigi.com/promotions/honor-magic7-pro
• Step 2: Choose your preferred plan
• Step 3: Pay total amount for the phone (phone price + upfront payment)

7. What is the payment method for pre-order via online?
Payment can be made in full via credit or debit card at the time of the pre-order.

8. How will the pre-ordered device reach the customer?
The device will be sent to the customer via courier. The delivery date may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery locations, delivery method, and items ordered.

9. When will the customer receive the device?
The customer will receive the device from 20th January 2025 onwards.

10. Is the customer able to enroll in Phone Care services? 

Yes, customer may enroll in Phone Care at CelcomDigi Store, Celcom bluecube, Digi Store, Celcom Certified Partner, and Digi Store Express.

11. Where can I trade in my device?

You can trade in your device by downloading the latest CompAsia app and having it diagnosed and evaluated through the app. Please note that trading in devices in-store is not available at the moment. Stay tuned for further updates.
