Apple App Store Cashback Campaign

1. What does the Apple App Store cashback campaign offer?  

The campaign is offering RM3 cashback to targeted prepaid and postpaid users who received an SMS and/ or app push notification and who meet the campaign's target criteria.

2. What do I have to do to get the RM3 cashback?

Eligible users are required to purchase or subscribe to any service on Apple App Store worth minimum RM20.00 in a single transaction using CelcomDigi as payment method during the campaign period, to be eligible to receive the RM3 cashback.

3. How do I pay via CelcomDigi for my purchase or subscription on Apple App Store?

4. When is the campaign period?

The campaign will start on 13 August 2024 and will run until 11 September 2024.

5. What are the target criteria of the campaign?

For this campaign, we are targeting iOS users who have not made any Apple App Store purchase in the past 12 months using CelcomDigi as the payment method. Besides these criteria, we also look at other criteria such as tenure and average amount spent every month.

6. How do I receive the cashback and what can I buy with the cashback?

You should receive the cashback immediately after your successful purchase or subscription on Apple App Store. However, please allow up to a few hours for the cashback to be delivered as we process the eligibility checking.

Eligible CelcomDigi/ Celcom/ Digi postpaid users will receive cashback as a bill rebate in the current bill cycle, while CelcomDigi/ Celcom/ Digi prepaid users will receive the cashback as a prepaid credit, which can be used for CelcomDigi service subscription and/ or Direct Operator Billing purchases/ subscriptions.

7. What is the validity period of the cashback? 

For CelcomDigi/ Celcom/ Digi prepaid users, the cashback validity will follow your prepaid account validity.

8. If I am an existing user of Apple App Store using CelcomDigi as a payment method, can I also get the RM3 cashback?  

No, the offer is only for new users of Apple App Store uses CelcomDigi as a payment method.
