1. Who is eligible to purchase this Mid Year Campaign, The Ultimate Football Fan Bundle add-on under CelcomDigi Fibre?  

All new and existing CelcomDigi Fibre subscribers who are on CelcomDigi Fibre are eligible to make a purchase. 

2. What is the campaign period for the CelcomDigi Fibre Mid-Year Sale? 

The campaign period is from 14 May to 14 July 2024.


3. How and where can I purchase the add-on ?   

Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you through the purchase process:  

Step 1: Sign up for any CelcomDigi Fibre plan here. 

Step 2: You will be contacted by our fibre expert who will help your fibre registration. You will then receive a WhatsApp link for you to make your purchase on our online shop. 

Step 3: Make your payment, and you'll receive a coupon code via email within 2 working days. Follow the steps below to redeem the coupon code listed further down this FAQ. Your TV will be delivered to you according to the timelines stated below. 

4. Will I receive the add-on devices during the installation of my CelcomDigi Fibre service?    

No, the add-on devices will be delivered separately to your doorstep. The delivery will be arranged according to CelcomDigi Fibre partner’s delivery schedule. 

5. How many add-ons can I purchase? Is there a limit? 

Yes, there is a limit to the number of add-ons you can purchase. Each subscriber is eligible to purchase a maximum of three (3) add-ons (inclusive of other CelcomDigi Fibre add-on devices worth RM500 or higher). 


1. What payment options do I have for purchasing add-ons? 

We offer multiple convenient payment methods to suit your preference. Here are the options available: 

[PREFERRED]: Easy Payment Plan (EPP) 0%: You can choose to pay for your add-ons in instalments with 0% interest for either 12 or 24 months. This option is available exclusively with Maybank and CIMB Credit Cards. 

Full payment: If you prefer to make the full payment upfront, you can select any of the following payment options: 

  • online payment
  • any Debit / Credit Card  
  • Boost / GrabPay e-wallet

2. Can I split the payment amount across multiple credit cards to break down the EPP Instalment? 

We currently only accept a single payment method, which is via a single Debit / Credit Card.   

3. Can I pay using multiple payment methods, such as partial payment with a Debit Card and the remaining payment with a Credit Card?  

Unfortunately, we only accept a single payment method using a single Debit/Credit Card. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.  

4. I’ve already made full upfront payments for my add-ons. Can I change my mind and switch to EPP instalment payments after completing the transaction?   

To convert your transaction into EPP instalments, you will need to liaise directly with your bank. However, kindly note that the decision to offer EPP instalments will be at the respective bank’s sole discretion.  

5. I don’t have a CIMB / Maybank Credit Card. Can I still purchase the add-ons?  

Yes, you can still purchase the add-on at our special price. However, please note that you will only be able to make the purchase with full payment using a Debit /Credit Card. Unfortunately, the EPP 0% interest-free instalment option is only available for CIMB and Maybank credit cardholders.  



1. What will happen to my add-on if I decide to terminate my CelcomDigi Fibre service?   

Even if you decide to terminate your CelcomDigi Fibre service, you will still be able to retain your add-on. However, if you purchase via EPP, you are obligated to complete the payment with your respective banks. 


1. What is the process for requesting a refund if I decide to change my mind about the selected add-ons? 

Once you have placed an order, please note that cancellations or refunds are not allowed. If you have any concerns or encounter any issues, please reach out to the respective Partner for guidance and support.  

Xiaomi TV Device Delivery 

1. How will I know if my area is within the delivery coverage? Are there additional delivery fees for different locations across Malaysia? 

We provide free delivery to all locations nationwide. 


2. What is the delivery period once I've made payment?

3. Can my delivery address be different from my CelcomDigi Fibre registration address?  

Yes, your delivery address can be different from your CelcomDigi Fibre registration address. 

4. How can I check my delivery status?

Xiaomi TVDeliveries are managed by a third-party courier company. 
On the day of delivery, the courier company will send an SMS to the customer containing the Consignment Note Number. The SMS will also include a contact number for customers to reschedule the delivery or arrange for self-collection. 

5. Will I be notified prior to the delivery of my device(s)? 

Customers will be notified of the delivery arrangement. The delivery of the items will be made within the agreed date. The customer acknowledges that the delivery slots are subject to availability. Any changes or delays will be communicated to the customer in advance. 

6. Are there installation services provided?  

The installation for The Xiaomi TV within the scope is as stated below:

Delivery and basic installation with TV Stand Delivery is free of charge. However, if you would like to choose for any installation service including install TV to a wall bracket, installation charges may applicable.  


Installation charges depending on your installation option. Please confirm your installation options prior to delivery. 

  • Delivery only (without installation) is free of charge 
  • Delivery with installation of TV stand is free of charge.  
  • Delivery with installation using an existing wall bracket at the premise will be charged RM75. Note: The existing bracket must be already drilled on the wall and fits the size of the new TV.  
  • Delivery with installation of a new wall bracket that requires drilling will be charged RM200. Price includes the cost of manpower and cost of new wall bracket.  

Xiaomi TV Device Warranty, Repairs & Troubleshooting:


1. My TV does not work. Can I call CelcomDigi Fibre for troubleshooting assistance? 

If your Xiaomi add-ons arrives with defects or if you have any issues pertaining to your TV, please proceed to contact the following, or walk into the service centre nearest to you:

2. What is the Xiaomi add-ons warranty period?  

The Xiaomi TV warranty is for 2 years, whilst the remote control is covered for a period of 6 months.

You can enjoy the UEFA EURO 2024™ Season Pass content on : 

  • Mobile Devices: Android smartphones and tablets, iOS smartphones and tablets 
  • Computers: Via any modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on Windows and macOS.  
  • Android TV or Chromecast with Google TV: Ensure your Android TV operating system version is 8.0 and above. Incompatible with rooted device. 

Also, you can stream up to 2 devices concurrently, either an Android TV + Mobile device or an Android TV + web browser.
