You can track and manage your account via the Celcom Life or MyDigi app, depending on the applicable app. 

5. If I have subscribed the eligible Mobile Internet Pass before 14 May 2024, will I enjoy this Limited Time Offer offering after 14 May 2024? 

No, the Limited Time Offer offering will be given only to customers who subscribe to eligible Mobile Internet Pass during promotion period only. However, the offering will be added to your eligible Mobile Internet pass upon auto-renewal cycle.  

6. Can I do multiple purchases for this eligible Mobile Internet Pass and get the promotion offering?  

Yes, multiple purchases are allowed for this Mobile Internet Pass with promo offering. However, the auto renewal of Limited Time Offer offering will available during promotion period only.  

 7. What do I need to know about the Unlimited 5G streaming? 

The Unlimited 5G high-speed Internet is usage for selected Application usage as below:

8. How do I know if my purchase of this Mobile Internet Pass is successful?  

You will receive a SMS upon successful purchase.   

9. Is auto renewal available for this Limited Time Offer offering?  

Yes. However, the offering will only be valid until 12 August 2024 and validity will be based on monthly cycle upon subscription date during campaign period.   

10. Can I use this Mobile Internet Pass quota while roaming?  

No. It is only applicable for domestic use only (within Malaysia). Internet usage while roaming is chargeable on top of your monthly commitment at roaming charges.  

11. What happens to unused Internet quota?  

Any unused Internet quota will be forfeited upon expiry.  

12. When exactly does my Mobile Internet Pass expires?  

The Mobile Internet Pass will be valid until 11:59 P.M. on the 30th day prior to the successful subscription.   

13. I am not a CelcomDigi user, can I purchase this Mobile Internet Pass?  

You must be registered as a CelcomDigi customer to subscribe to this Mobile Internet Pass.
