1. What is the CelcomDigi Signature Programme?

The CelcomDigi Signature Programme is an exclusive CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G plan offer specially crafted for corporate employees of selected companies.

2. Who is eligible for this offer?

To be eligible for the offer, you will need to be on any CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Principal Plan and must be an employee at any of the following companies with access to a corporate email that is part of the listed domains:

3. I am a foreigner, can I sign up for CelcomDigi Signature Programme? 

Yes, foreign employees of eligible corporate companies can also sign up for CelcomDigi Signature Programme. 

4. How do I subscribe to the offer?

You can sign up for the offer at any Celcom bluecube, Celcom Certified Partner, Digi Store and Digi Store Express. If you’re not yet on the CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G plan, our friendly staff can help you to sign up to an eligible plan.


Please note that you will need to bring your NRIC or foreign passport and have access to your corporate email on your mobile device for verification purposes.


Alternatively, if you are not able to access your email on your mobile device or your new line is not activated immediately, you may go through the verification process for the offer here after you have activated the eligible CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Plan.


5. When will I get the offer after submitting the request?

You will get the rebate and roaming offer (if applicable) within 30 days after your verification process is successful. You will receive an SMS notifying you that the offer has been activated.

Important: Please ensure your postpaid line is always active. Barred and suspended postpaid line will NOT be provisioned with the offer. 

6. What happens to the offer if I decide to change my plan later?

If you upgrade your plan to a higher CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Plan after getting the corporate offer, the offer will be carried forward to the new plan. However, your current offer will remain unchanged, you will not get the offer for the new plan.


If you downgrade your plan to a plan with lower monthly commitment, your offer will be dropped and you will not be able to resubscribe to the offer. 


7. Do I still enjoy all the offers on the CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Plan?

Yes, CelcomDigi Signature Programme  will be an additional offer on top of all the offers that you are getting on the CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Plan Find out more about the CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Plan offers here.

Note: Customers on CelcomDigi Postpaid 80 plan are not eligible for the extra RM10 device or Freedom Add-Ons contract rebate if the customers are already enjoying the extra RM10 rebate with CelcomDigi Signature Programme.


8. Can I have this offer on multiple mobile numbers registered under my name?

No, only 1 mobile number per NRIC will be eligible for the offer.


9. Can I get this offer with the CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Supplementary Plan?

No, you can only get this offer by signing up for CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Principal Plan.


10. I am an existing Corporate Customer. Can I subscribe to the offer?

Yes, you will need to change your current plan to an eligible CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Plan and go through the verification process.

Note: Any offers that you are currently enjoying on your current plan will be dropped when you change your plan to the CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Plan. Any active contract will also be dropped and will incur an early termination penalty.
