3. How do I sign up for StreamMORE iQIYI?

You can subscribe via CelcomDigi app or walk-in to the nearest CelcomDigi stores to get our friendly staff to assist you.

4. I have an existing iQIYI direct billed subscription purchased via various payment channels (Operator Billing / Banking Card). Can I still subscribe to this StreamMORE iQIYI offer using the same mobile number? 

Please note that if both subscriptions are active (StreamMORE iQIYI and your existing subscription purchased through other channels), your existing subscription will continue to be charged. To avoid double charges, you’ll need to cancel the other subscription. You may refer to this link for the steps.

5. I subscribed to CelcomDigi iQIYI bundle. When will the bundle expire?  

• Internet Pass Quota Validity: The Internet Pass is valid for 30 days from the subscription time, and any unused data will expire after that period.  
• iQIYI Access Validity: The iQIYI+ access validity period will follow 31st days calculation after the subscription date. Samples as shown below:

6. What happens to my StreamMORE subscription at the end of the first month?

Your StreamMORE subscription will auto-renew at the end of 31 days to ensure that your streaming experience is uninterrupted unless you cancel the subscription before the renewal happens. After the initial first month, StreamMORE subscription will resume to normal price upon renewal.

7. What happens upon full utilization of the quota in this offer?

Upon full utilization of the quota in these passes, subsequent usage will draw from available monthly quota.
