This is an important notice for CelcomDigi customers.
We’re upgrading our systems from 11:30 PM on 18 November (up to 24 hours) & 25 November (up to 24 hours) to serve you better.
During this time, you’ll stay connected as voice, SMS, and Internet services remain available. You can also continue to pay bills, reload, and purchase add-ons easily. For quick and convenient access to these services, download the CelcomDigi app.
However, a few channels and services will be temporarily unavailable. We recommend for you to plan your activities ahead to ensure a smooth experience.

For Port-in or Port-out (MNP) Services:
- During systems upgrade on 18 November: Services unavailable from 16 to 19 November 2025 for Enterprise customers; and 18 to 19 November 2025 for other customers. Port-in, port-out & request resubmissions resume on 20 November 2025.
- During systems upgrade on 25 November: Services unavailable from 23 to 26 November 2025 for Enterprise customers; and 25 to 26 November 2025 for other customers. Port-in, port-out & request resubmissions resume on 27 November 2025
