This offer is available exclusively to first-time customers who subscribe to the premium 'TontonUp' plan and select Pay via CelcomDigi as their preferred payment method. The campaign runs from 27 February 2025 to 30 April 2025.
2. How do I subscribe to the offer?
You can subscribe via this link or visit Tonton’s website and select Pay via CelcomDigi.
3. What else do I need to know?
- The promotional subscription rate of RM1 is only valid for the first month. From the second renewal onwards, your subscription will be automatically renewed at the standard rate of RM9/month.
- For prepaid customers, please ensure that your CelcomDigi account has sufficient credit to cover the subscription fee.
4. Will my subscription be automatically renewed?
Yes, your subscription will be automatically renewed at the standard rate of RM9/month unless you cancel it before the next renewal date.
5. How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings on the Tonton website. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your subscription period. Please note that cancellations can only be made via Tonton’s website.
6. Why am I being charged RM9 instead of RM1?
If you are being charged RM9, it means you have previously subscribed to Tonton using Pay via CelcomDigi before this campaign started. The RM1 promotional rate is only available to first-time subscribers using Pay via CelcomDigi during the campaign period.
